Visits to schools in the city of Abidjan are an integral part of our program:
"Let us give a value to the animals’ world."
Proposed activities during these visits improve the judgement of pupils and awaken their sensibilities and understanding thanks to the projection of a film followed by a debate on the treatment of animals that are often badly known and unloved by the general public.
Pupils at these visits:
- Learn more about the five basic needs of animals
- Watch an educational film on the life of animals.
- Give their opinion on the treatment of animals in Africa.
- Make suggestions for improving the plight of animals in Africa.
In Short, these times of visit allow a real interaction between the pupils and the delegation of MAEP and thus the children improve their relationship towards animals.
However, other components of the Ivorian population can benefit from this program for example: Journalists, private owners of animals, local politicians, environmentalists, veterinarians, farmers, forest rangers, clubs or other intervenors related in one way or another to the animal world in Côte d'Ivoire or even in Africa.
This service is free, but the travelling costs of the visit are appreciated by mutual agreement with the group requesting the visit.
To book a tour, contact our Commission, Education, Communication, Information at 22428931 or send us your information we will contact you.
Monde Animal En Passion MAEP expresses its gratitude to all those
